The Role & The Team
Our Workers Compensation team covers the full spectrum of workplace injuries, including major and minor orthopaedic, neurological and strain injuries, brain damage, catastrophic multi-injuries, exposure to hazardous substances, psychological injury, and stress claims.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate will have an interest in Workers Compensation and the following experience:
* Respondent and defendant experience within a well-regarded, fast-paced practice
* Strong litigation and research skills
* Experience acting for scheme agents, treasury-managed fund agents, self and specialised injuries
* Experience advising on liability, quantum, and litigation strategy
* Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and recent changes
* Demonstrated experience in recoveries
* A self-starter, able to work in a team environment
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
