Training and Assessment Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified trainer and assessor to play a key role in delivering training programs and assessing learners' skills and knowledge.
* Deliver high-quality training sessions when required
* Assess learners' abilities against set criteria
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage students using effective learning techniques
* Identify barriers to learning and develop strategies to support student attendance
* Bring learning to life for students through various forms of communication
Requirements:
* Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education qualification
* Strong knowledge of the VET sector and National Standards for RTOs
* Excellent facilitation and assessment skills
