Lead by example by connecting with customers on the shop floor to drive sales Connect and educate our loyal customers on our world-famous product Coaching & Leadership Coach and develop a high-performance, fun and energetic culture through hands-on mentoring and on-floor leadership. Manage and lead a diverse team to success across various aspects of our stores Store Operations Deliver weekly feedback on business performance, wins, and opportunities Oversee day to day store operations – prioritising and delegating duties as needed Maintain high standards across wage control, shrink, VM execution and stock accuracy Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment At Skechers, our culture is just as strong as our brand.
