Laser Machine Operator for Metal Design and Fabrication

This is a full-time role based in Mona Vale.
As a Laser Machine Operator, you will play a crucial part in our metal fabrication process, operating advanced fibre laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality components to the specifications of our customers.
What you'll be doing
Operating and monitoring laser cutting machines to cut metal components with precision and efficiency
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate cutting
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser cutting equipment
Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
What we're looking for
Previous experience operating fibre laser machine highly regarded.
Have experience working in a busy hands-on environment.
Knowledge of cutting materials and steel types.
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced production environment
