Responsibilities:
* Serve as the second-in-command to the manager, handling all duties in their absence.
* Assist the Manager with day-to-day operational issues.
* Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
* Promptly address questions from staff and other stakeholders.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors.
* Prepare and file forms and other necessary documents.
* Update logs and order forms as needed.
* Analyze operations and provide improvement suggestions to the Manager.
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience as an Operations Assistant.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
* Experience with project management tools such as Trello or Asana.
* Self-motivated with exceptional problem-solving skills.
