Market Research Face to Face Interviewer

Overview
EY Sweeney provides research and strategy services across Australia. This role involves conducting face‐to‐face interviews with people traveling on the transport network in the greater Melbourne region.
Responsibilities
Heading small teams across the region to collect data using a tablet. Consistently deliver high quality data and strive to achieve assigned quotas during shifts.
Shift Schedule
* Weekday AM 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM
* Weekday PM 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
* Weekend 9:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualifications
* Minimum availability 3-4 days a week (weekends inclusive)
* Strong interest in data collection and data integrity
* Follow correct procedures with minimal errors
* Adaptability to dynamic environments
* Willingness to work on your feet in outdoor environments for various shift lengths
* Punctuality and professional presentation at all times
* Excellent communication skills with respondents, stakeholders, and the EY Sweeney team
* Experience in market research highly regarded but not essential
* Eligibility to work in Australia (International students/WHV holders welcome)

* Competitive salary starting at $32.26 hourly, increasing to $38.43 after 50 hours of fieldwork (unless you have already obtained these hours with a previous Market Research employer)
