About You:
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
* Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
* Passionate about mentoring and inspiring educators.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a supportive leadership style.
* Collaborative and proactive, focused on delivering high-quality educational outcomes.
What You'll Do:
* As the Assitant Director, you will be supporting the Centre Director in day-to-day operations.
* Mentor and guide educators, fostering professional growth and excellence.
* Lead and support room teams as a Team Leader, building strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
* Float across rooms to ensure consistency and smooth daily operations.
* Dedicate non-contact time to management tasks, including rostering, team development, and compliance.
* Assist with performance management and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
