Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading civil engineering projects from inception to completion, leveraging their technical knowledge and strong professional communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of civil engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent project management skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in the Geraldton office or work from home in Western Australia only, requiring occasional travel to job and client locations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in civil engineering or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years experience as a Civil Engineer in a related industry
* Working knowledge of key software packages (AutoCAD, 12d road design)
* Membership of Engineers Australia
* Visual Road Condition Assessment knowledge and experience
* Supervisory experience
* Experience in managing civil construction contracts, e.g. AS2124, AS4000 or similar
