We're seeking a highly organised and collaborative professional to join our Academic Administration team as Senior Officer, Academic Services and Compliance.
In this role, you'll lead the Academic Services team and ensure efficient, compliant processes that support student success.
About the Role
As Senior Officer, you will:
Oversee student enrolment, academic progression, and university matriculation processes.
Lead and supervise the Academic Services team, including training and development.
Ensure data integrity across enrolment systems and prepare academic documentation.
Manage procurement and distribution of textbooks and course materials.
Conduct student consultations and provide advice on academic progression.
Prepare reports on enrolment and academic outcomes to inform decision-making.
Review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in student and academic administration within higher education.
Proven ability to supervise staff in a fast-paced environment.
Strong digital skills and experience with enterprise systems.
Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Desirable:
Knowledge of ESOS legislation and experience supporting international students.
