Electrical and HVAC Technician Opportunity
City FM Australia, a leading provider of facilities management solutions, is seeking an experienced Electrical and HVAC Technician to join their team. This role involves completing preventative and reactive maintenance at multiple locations, ensuring high standards are met and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning technician with a trade qualification as an A-Grade Electrician. They should also possess excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver repairs and maintenance services to the highest standard
* Respond promptly to reactive maintenance work
* Work autonomously to anticipate and resolve issues
* Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders
Requirements:
* Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician - essential
* Refrigerant handling license - essential
* Trade qualified – A-Grade Electrician
* Cabling licence, CPR/LVR, Security provider licence – preferred
* Valid Driver's Licence
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous commercial or retail experience
