Our Financial Management People Engagement team delivers meaningful change by supporting key initiatives that strengthen how finance operates across Macquarie. What role will you play?

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead the detailed planning and coordination of testing, organisational change, and business readiness activities across multiple releases within a large transformation programme. You will manage delivery to agreed timelines and quality standards, while overseeing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. Your work will enable teams to collaborate effectively and remain aligned with shared business objectives.

What You Offer

* Proven experience delivering complex regulatory reporting initiatives across the full project lifecycle within financial services
* Experience working with regulatory standards and requirements; within a prudential or supervisory environment is valuable
* A strong understanding of project delivery, including change management, testing, and implementation activities
* The ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, managing complex dependencies and supporting alignment among a broad range of stakeholders
* A proactive and structured approach to delivery, with the ability to identify risks early, resolve issues, and communicate progress clearly.
