About the Role
This role involves supporting strategic workforce initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and industrial instruments.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in interpreting enterprise agreements, awards, and employment law, as well as strong analytical and Excel skills to manage data and assess compliance.
The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting enterprise agreement implementation, conducting workforce contract compliance reviews, and assessing time and wages data.
They will also provide expert advice on employment law, industrial relations, and policy application, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support remediation of compliance issues and develop workforce-related policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting workforce contract compliance reviews
* Assessing time and wages data
* SUPPORTING ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT IMPLEMENTATION
* Providing expert advice on employment law and industrial relations
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders
Key requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
* 5+ years' experience in employee relations or industrial relations
* Experience in aged care or health sectors (desirable)
* Qualifications in change management or project management
* Expertise in interpreting enterprise agreements and employment law
* Strong analytical and Excel skills
