* Work collaboratively with clinicians, managers, digital health teams, and vendors to resolve system issues and support upgrades
* Lead and contribute to change management, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Deliver education and training (on-site and remotely) to build clinical capability and confidence in digital systems
* Contribute to reporting, audit, research, and clinical trial requirements through enhanced data and reporting solutions
* Ensure documentation, data quality, and governance standards align with NSW Health policies and clinical standards

About you

You are a clinician or clinically experienced professional with a strong interest in digital health and service improvement. You bring a deep understanding of clinical workflows and are motivated to influence how technology supports frontline care in a complex healthcare environment.

You will also demonstrate:

* Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience in clinical systems, business analysis, or digital health
* Experience supporting or delivering clinical information systems within a healthcare setting
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinicians, managers, and technical teams
* Experience contributing to system testing, training, troubleshooting, and change adoption activities
* High-level communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
* A strong commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and customer-focused service delivery
