Job Title: Service Delivery Coordinator
At the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission, we tackle serious and organised crime targeting Australia. Our staff work hard to realise an Australia hostile to criminal exploitation.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of tackling serious and organised crime by delivering high-level service delivery to our stakeholders.
The successful candidate will manage, coordinate and support external and internal stakeholders on business services, initiatives, projects and systems.
You will be required to develop strong relationships with clients, assist them with their requests and needs, and coordinate responses to meet client expectations.
Additionally, you will provide general administration and client relationship management support to business managers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing competing and changing priorities
* Supporting process improvement to meet business objectives
* Working effectively independently and constructively within a team
* Experienced in the use of technology and information management systems
Eligibility requirements include being an Australian citizen, obtaining and maintaining a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance, and being fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
