Customer Service Consultant

Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles or call centre environments (essential).
* Demonstrated ability to convert enquires into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in using multiple database systems and email platforms, with experience in word processing and spreadsheet software being desirable.
* Able to communicate clearly both verbally and electronically.
* Capacity to perform under pressure while multitasking and meeting deadlines.
* Proven problem-solving skills and ability to provide excellent customer experiences.
