Our client is after a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Leader to support the expansion of our clients Third Party (3P) partnerships across the Australian fulfilment network. This is an exciting opportunity for a warehouse professional or team leader ready to step into a fast-paced role with broader responsibilities in logistics and supply chain operations.
Location: Kemps Creek, Sydney
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30AM – 2:30PM OR 2:30PM – 10:30PM
Duration: 6 months with likelihood of extension
We are seeking a proactive individual to support the growth of third-party logistics partnerships within a national fulfilment network. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse leadership experience or looking to step up from a team leader or 2IC position.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily operations between internal teams and 3PL partners
* Track site performance, report progress, and manage risk mitigation plans
* Develop and refine processes, SOPs, and reporting tools
* Support procurement and stocktake activities
* Provide coaching and training to onsite personnel
* Maintain strong health & safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For
* Background in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
* Experience as a team leader or 2IC
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to balance short‑term tasks with long‑term planning
