Mon - Fri Hornsby location Our Client: This established and growing real estate agency is known for its structured systems, high standards, and genuine support of its Property Management team. With a strong focus on quality portfolios and long-term relationships, the business prioritises professionalism, balance, and sustainable growth over volume. An opportunity has now become available for a Property Manager to join the team and take ownership of a clean, well-maintained portfolio within a supportive and process-driven environment. The Role: This is a Monday to Friday position with no weekend work, offering excellent work-life balance in a role that is both structured and rewarding. You will be responsible for the full management of an organised residential portfolio, supported by clear procedures, experienced leadership and trusted trade relationships. End-to-end management of a well-maintained property portfolio Building and maintaining positive landlord and tenant relationships Coordinating maintenance and repairs with approved trades Conducting inspections and managing compliance requirements Handling rental arrears, lease renewals and tenancy documentation Providing a consistently high level of service and communication Specific Requirements: This role will suit an up & coming property manager, someone who is ready to take a step up from an assistant role, or someone with strong transferable skills who is looking to establish a long-term career in Property Management.
