RGM Maintenance is looking for a reliable and hardworking Fulltime Office Cleaner to join our Townsville Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and sanitize offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and communal areas
* Empty bins and manage waste disposal
* Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas
* Refill supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.)
* Report any maintenance or repair needs
* Follow health and safety procedures
Requirements:
* Previous cleaning experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Uniform and cleaning equipment provided
* Good communication skills
* Ability to lift light to moderate weights
* Ability to pass a comprehensive medical assessment
* Will be subject to National Police checks
* Available for early starts
