Overview
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager and Client Lead to join our Brisbane team. The role focuses on leading light‐industrial client engagement and project management across all construction lifecycle stages, working closely with clients and the multi‐disciplinary Beca team.
Responsibilities
* Lead project delivery from scope definition through detailed design and construction support.
* Partner with client relationship managers to maintain and grow local client relationships.
* Translate client requirements into project deliverables and design programs.
* Lead bids and apply commercial judgement in partnership with the client relationship management team.
* Collaborate with remote design teams to deliver multi‐disciplinary design outcomes.
* Mentor and develop junior engineers in their professional growth.
* Travel within Queensland to client sites and deliver project solutions.
Qualifications
* Degree in Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural or Civil Engineering.
* Extensive experience delivering capital projects in food, beverage or manufacturing sectors.
* Experience in multidisciplinary design management in light‐industrial settings.
* Strong client‐focused relationship‐building and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to provide delivery leadership across industrial projects.
* Understanding and application of project management and construction contract principles.
* Ability to develop and manage detailed design programs.
* Comfortable collaborating with remote teams and mentoring junior staff.
