Job Title: Crisis Response Specialist
A crisis response specialist is needed to provide support in Maritime Security, Asset Security, Business Continuity, and Emergency Response across Midstream operations. This role will be based in Gladstone, Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver security and emergency response capabilities across all business groups, contractors, and external stakeholders.
* Provide technical advice on security, emergency management, and business continuity to field management teams.
* Represent East Australia Operations in the Midstream sector, liaising with security, emergency services, and external bodies such as industry groups and regulatory agencies.
* Lead inspections, audits, assurance reviews related to HSSE Framework, Crisis Incident Management, and AMS Barrier ownership, including liaison with agencies like the Department of Home Affairs, Border Force, and HICB.
* Support security and emergency management activities across East Australia Operations in the Midstream Asset.
* Review and ensure Asset Security Plans, Maritime Security Plans, Emergency Response Plans, Business Continuity Plans, and related procedures are current, accessible, and implemented.
* Advise asset management teams on security, emergency management, and business continuity issues.
* Align all security and emergency programs with wider HSSE and organizational requirements.
* Manage contracts related to security and emergency services effectively.
* Maintain relationships with key security and emergency response stakeholders, including government agencies.
* Participate in HSSE incident investigations, including high-priority near misses and significant events, and present findings to Incident Review Panels.
* Perform duties as PFSO & Authorized Officer for QCLNG Curtis Island.

This position requires full right to work in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business in Maritime Security, Asset Security, Business Continuity, and Emergency Response across Midstream operations. They will work closely with the team to ensure that all security and emergency programs are aligned with wider HSSE and organizational requirements.
