Store Manager - Fine Jewellery (Western Suburbs)
Are you an experienced jewellery retail professional ready to take the next step in your leadership career? I am currently partnering with a well-established and highly regarded jewellery retailer to identify strong management to join their Western Suburbs network.
This opportunity is regionally based rather than store-specific, offering exposure across multiple locations including Highpoint, Altona, Werribee and Brimbank. The successful candidate will be placed strategically within the network based on experience, leadership style and business needs - offering genuine long-term career development and progression.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing retail team
* Driving sales performance and delivering exceptional client experiences
* Managing day-to-day store operations with a strong commercial mindset
* Building long-term relationships with clients in a consultative sales environment
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager within Australian jewellery retail (essential)
* A strong background in premium or consultative sales
* Passion for people leadership and team development
* High attention to detail with a customer-first mindset
The offer:
* Full-time roster (approx. 38 hours per week)
* 5-day working week including one late night and one weekend day
