What you will be doing:
As a Service Technician Plumber for Culligan, you will perform installs, services, repairs & maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems requiring demonstrated troubleshooting ability and general technical experience.
* Troubleshooting using service manuals, computerized diagnostics & general technical experience.
* Conducting diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers.
* Liaising with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and, if required, follow‐up appointments arranged.
* Providing exceptional customer service.

What we are looking for:
* Qualified Plumber with full trade qualifications.
* Experience as a Field Service Technician or similar technical role (water systems, coffee machines, appliances, refrigeration, etc).
* Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
* Comfortable working independently in the field to achieve efficient issue resolution.
* Great communication and customer service skills.
* Full Australian driver's licence.
