Formed in 1882, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH) is a major metropolitan tertiary referral hospital and a principal provider of specialist healthcare. It remains one of the nation's most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. As a member of a multidisciplinary Aged Care Assessment Service, an assessor triages referrals via the My Aged Care Assessor portal and conducts comprehensive aged care assessments, provides care planning and care coordination for frail older people, while working within the legislative requirements of the Commonwealth Aged Care Act 2024.

Ideal Candidate
* Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Allied Health (Social Work, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy) and eligibility for membership of the appropriate professional body or AHPRA registration if required.
* Post Graduate experience working with older people in an acute, aged care or community setting.
* Current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
