A reputable organization seeks an experienced HRIS Transformation Program Manager to lead a complex business and digital transformation initiative.
About the Role:
* Lead the implementation of an integrated human resources information system (HRIS) across various departments.
* Collaborate with senior executives, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and high-quality outcomes.
* Develop strategic plans, identify areas for improvement, and drive process changes that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Strong verbal, written, communication as well as interpersonal skills. Familiarity with lean Six Sigma methodologies ( Certification advantageous) ; Microsoft Office 365 Suite Advanced user level - particularly Excel, (Full-time).
