The Premium Client Manager role involves actively building relationships with clients to promote our services, providing tailored solutions to help them overcome challenges, promoting educational and functionality solutions, and engaging with traders.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop strong relationships with clients through various channels to impact their longevity and trading volumes.
* Utilize industry sources and external channels to build strong relationships and seek referrals and trading volumes.
* Consistently secure and grow premium clients by demonstrating a clear point of difference in experience, market knowledge, and personal focus.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar phone sales environment.
* Previous experience as an account manager and/or dealing with high net worth clients is desirable.
* Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and relationship-building skills are essential.
