What you'll do
* Manage the end-to-end property cycle: ingoings, outgoings, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
* Host open homes, assess applications, and recommend the right tenants for each property.
* Build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and trusted local trades.
* Keep records accurate and compliant, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone.
* Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service and results.

ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGERS:
Once the candidate has achieved Interim License, the employer will provide support to the candidate to complete their Cert IV in property Services to achieve their Agents Representatives Licence. This will be provided with a weekly dedicated "study period" whilst paid and on the job. It is expected that the candidate will complete 50% of the study on work time and 50% in their personal time. The candidate to obtain their Agents Representative License within six
months of having obtained their Interim Licence.
