Due to continued growth, we are excited to invite applications for a full time Administration Assistant to join the team at our Bendigo Head Office.
As a member of our Training Department, this position will require the successful applicant to provide effective administrative support to fellow members of the department with their day to day duties.
Responsibilities
- The go to person within the Training Department for administrative support
- Collating documentation and materials required for various training packages, including:
- Navigating databases to source appropriate material
- Printing
- Binding
- Posting / Emailing
- Follow up and review of completed and returned training packages for accuracy and compliance
- Updating of associated databases
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- Prior administrative experience highly regarded
- Previous experience working in a dynamic, fast paced environment, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Solid communication skills, a can-do attitude and high attention to detail
- Professional and reliable work ethic
- Friendly, approachable personality who enjoys being part of a close knit supportive team
- Driver's license
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
