Personal Assistant – Boutique Real Estate Agency

We’re a small, boutique real estate agency based in the Huon Valley, specialising in lifestyle, rural, and residential properties. Our work is deeply connected to place and people helping clients find homes that truly suit the way they want to live.
We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Personal Assistant to support our two directors, both experienced real estate agents. This role is central to keeping the day-to-day operations of the business running smoothly.

About the Role
This is a full-time office-based position (part-time hours may be considered) where you’ll assist with both administrative and marketing tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and scheduling appointments
* Assisting with client communication and correspondence
* Processing and preparing property listings
* Managing and scheduling social media content
* Creating social media and marketing assets using Canva
* Maintaining organised records and handling confidential information
* Supporting the directors with general administration and ad hoc tasks
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confidently use both Mac computers and Google Drive
* Punctual, reliable, and professional
* Able to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
* Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
* Calm and capable in a fast-paced environment
* Confident communicating with clients in a professional manner
Experience & Requirements
* Previous experience in an office or administrative role
* Experience handling confidential information
* Confidence using Canva and social media platforms
* A Tasmanian real estate licence, or willingness to obtain one before commencing employment
