Now we’re on the lookout for a Full-Time vibrant, hands-on Customer Specialist to help us bring dream floors and windows to life in our growing team. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill sales role — you’ll be guiding customers, pulling together quotes, coordinating installs, and lending a hand wherever it’s needed. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and helping them find the right fit for their home.
- Preparing and following up quotes (we like to keep things friendly, not pushy!).
- Coordinating jobs with our installers and operations team.
- Keeping customers in the loop from start to finish so they feel supported every step of the way.
- Jumping in wherever needed — because that’s how we roll as a team.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone energetic, approachable, and confident talking with people.
- Organised and happy to juggle different tasks.
- Trade/building knowledge or a background in carpentry, flooring, glazing (or similar) — super handy to have!
- A team player with a “let’s get it done” attitude.
