About the Role
An opportunity exists for an Organisational Development (OD) Project/Capability Specialist. This role will support the delivery of enterprise-wide organisational development and capability initiatives within the People & Culture team. You will work closely with stakeholders across HR and the broader organisation to design and deliver capability programs aligned to workforce needs, while contributing to broader OD initiatives, including employee experience, leadership, and organisational performance programs. The role will also support key university-wide initiatives such as employee experience surveys, performance cycles, and reward & recognition programs.
Key Duties
* Support the delivery of capability programs across the organisation
* Analyse staff feedback and organisational data to inform program design and development
* Design and develop capability programs aligned with workforce needs
* Support and contribute to OD projects across the organisation
* Assist in the review and improvement of reward and recognition programs
* Coordinate and support the delivery of OD initiatives across a structured program of work
* Collaborate with stakeholders across HR and the broader organisation to deliver outcomes
* Contribute to employee experience initiatives including surveys, insights, and action planning
* Support performance and leadership programs aligned with organisational priorities
* Work across a calendar of OD activities and projects, ensuring timely delivery
* Assist with reporting, insights, and development of high-quality materials, communications, and toolkits
* Support workshop and program delivery using adult learning principles
Experience Required
* A relevant degree with organisational development experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
* Demonstrated experience supporting or delivering organisational development, capability, or employee experience initiatives
* Experience analysing workforce data and translating insights into practical, evidence-based solutions
* Strong project coordination or project management skills, with ability to deliver to timelines
* Experience working with stakeholder groups across HR and the broader organisation
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build effective working relationships
* Experience in the Higher Education sector is highly desirable
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive mindset with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery
