A capable HR generalist, you will work closely with the business to deliver on HR initiatives to support the employee life-cycle. From meeting the challenges of recruitment in candidate short areas to ensuring all staff have a meaningful development plan you will seek to improve the way we do things.
Your key responsibilities will span recruitment and induction, performance management, WHS, development of policy and procedures, reporting and L&D.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business or related field
* Two plus years working in an HR generalist role
* Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely advice to managers and staff
* Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
* High level organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to develop positive relationships with all internal/external stakeholders
* Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently
