1. You will be responsible for building relationships with employers, matching participants with the right roles, and fostering long-term employment outcomes.

2. You will provide expert advice on inclusive employment practices and ensure that employers have the necessary tools and resources to support people with disability.

3. You will be a confident communicator and trusted advisor with a background in employer engagement, recruitment, or employment services.

4. You should be passionate about inclusion and thrive in a role where you can influence positive change.

5. You will have proven experience building and maintaining professional relationships with employers, a strong understanding of the local labour market and industry needs, and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

6. You will also have the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and proficiency in CRM systems and databases.

7. You will be able to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve business goals.
