We are seeking an NV1 (or higher) cleared Consultant - Business Analyst to join our Canberra team. This role suits someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate complex needs into well-defined, achievable solutions.

The Opportunity
As a Consultant with Vectiq, you will work directly with clients, product leaders and engineering teams to shape digital capability from concept through to delivery.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership - facilitating conversations, structuring problems and helping teams move from ideas to implemented solutions.
Your work may include:
* Engaging stakeholders to understand business objectives and operational challenges
* Facilitating workshops to explore needs, clarify priorities and shape solution approaches
* Translating business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria
* Supporting backlog development and delivery planning within Agile teams
* Working closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements are well understood and outcomes are validated
* Contributing to solution design discussions and identifying opportunities to improve capability
