About the Role: Title: Sales Recruitment Manager/ Senior Consultant (Sydney) Reporting To: Director Start Date: 6 Responsibilities: Candidate Management: Interview, manage, and nurture candidate relationships.
Client Interaction: Meet with clients, understand their needs, and build lasting partnerships.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
Business Development: Proactively seek out new clients and expand our network.

Who We're Looking For: Experience: Experience in a sales recruitment role is preferred, but not essential
You could also come from a Sales environment or a Corporate background looking to make a switch into Sales Recruitment.
