Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven leadership of large multi-disciplined teams
* The ability to balance strategy and execution, leading high-level planning while ensuring efficient frontline services.
* Good governance, superior financial acumen, and strategic risk management skills
* Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
