At Cam Can, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a good life, be connected to their community, make their own choices, and be surrounded by the right supports.
For 15 years, Cam Can has worked alongside people and their families to build individualised support arrangements that put people in control of their lives. Our approach is simple: relationships and communication matter, community matters, and everyone has something valuable to contribute.
As our work continues to grow across the South-West, we're looking for a Coordinator to join our team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping meaningful lives for people we support (Cam Can Members), while leading and supporting the teams that make it happen.
About the role
As a Coordinator, you'll work closely with Members, families and Support Workers to create and strengthen support arrangements that are practical, flexible and genuinely centred around each person.
You'll be responsible for guiding and supporting teams of Support Workers while ensuring supports remain aligned with each Member's NDIS goals, preferences and wellbeing.
This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and building strong relationships with diverse people.
About you
You may already be working in the human services sector, or you may bring leadership, community, or life experience that aligns with Cam Can's values.
We're looking for people who:
* care deeply about community and inclusion
* are practical problem-solvers
* can build trust with Members, families and staff
* are organised and confident coordinating multiple 'moving parts'
* enjoy supporting and developing teams
About us
Working at Cam Can is about more than just a job — it's about being part of a community that believes people come first. You'll be part of an organisation that values relationships, flexibility, and doing things differently when it leads to better outcomes for people. At Cam Can, we offer:
* work that genuinely makes a difference in people's lives
* a supportive and collaborative team environment
* flexible work arrangements (up to full-time)
* generous salary packaging options
* opportunities for professional development and growth
* the chance to be part of a respected and growing organisation in the South-West
