General administrative tasks including:
a) liaise with clients, take client details and pass on client queries,
b) collect mail and post mail each day;
c) banking as and when required,
d) deliveries,
e) drive between our Kingston and Hobart offices and attend to similar tasks in our Hobart office,
f) retrieve records/documents from our archives,
g) order office supplies,
h) shredding,
i ) archive files and retrieve archive files
j) Assist our Kingston conveyancing clerk with delegated tasks
A minimum of 6 months administrative or office experience is preferable for this role
Australian work rights are required for this position.
A provisional driver's licence is acceptable for travel between offices.
Both phone and face-to-face client interaction experience is required.
Prior client interaction experience is preferable
No legal industry experience is required as training will be provided.
A minimum education level of Year 10 is required for this Office Junior position.
