**THE COMPANY**:
Reputable Australian owned building & restoration company.
**THE POSITION**:
This position will sit within the accounts team and assist with the day to day finance and administrative activities of the business and reports directly to the Finance Manager.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies:
- Reconcile Prime Ecosystem and MYOB invoicing
- Ensure invoicing is correct
- Contact trades/customers/clients when required
- Work alongside internal divisions
- Improve divisions communication, systems and processes
- Maintain and improve the organisations accounting processes
- Prepare reports and projections based on financial data
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry
- Track expenses and communicate team KPIs/ budgets
- Communicate between the organisation and clients
- Process payments and invoices accurately and within expected time periods
- Assist with end of month reporting, outstanding monies statements
- Report daily/weekly to Finance Manager on progress by identifying any outstanding issues
- Ensure jobs are processed in line with company KPI's
- Ensure all aspects of PRIME / MYOB are utilised and associated processes are followed.
- Assist the Finance Manager / Managing Director in any tasks that are requested
- Assist with debtor collection
- Provide accounts updates to Finance Manager on a weekly basis
**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:
- TAFE Qualifications in Administration/Accounts related field
- Previous experience in Accounts
- Excellent time management skills
- MYOB experience
- MS Office - Intermediate
- Superior communication skills
**SALARY**: $70-75K + Super
**LOCATION**: Caringbah
**WORK TYPE**: Permanent Full Time
**HOURS**: Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
