About The Role
* Prepare and serve food (sandwiches, bread, cookies)
* Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
* Operate POS/till and handle transactions
* Maintain food safety, hygiene & audit standards
* Monitor stock and assist with deliveries
* Complete daily/weekly cleaning tasks
* Follow safety and security procedures
* Work collaboratively in a team environment
Position Requirements
* Flexible availability across Monday–Sunday trading hours (6:30am – 10:00pm)
* Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including opening, mid‐day, closing, graveyard shifts and weekends. Capped at 38 hours per week.
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
* Must have valid Australian work rights
Preferred (Not Essential)
* Previous Subway or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience
* Food prep, retail, or hospitality background
* Valid driver's licence
