About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Experienced Occupational Therapist for a community role in Murray Bridge, SA.
- Provide occupational therapy to adults under NDIS and HCP in home and community settings.
- Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), recommend assistive technology, and support home modifications.
- Create tailored therapy plans that promote independence and collaborate with physiotherapists and allied health professionals.

About You:
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
- A team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- 4 plus years of experience in Occupational Therapy
- Demonstrate a strong interest or experience in NDIS and Aged Care (HCP) - we'll support you if you're keen to learn!
- Can work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative mindset
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle to support our mobile and community-based approach (required)
