Requirements
* Hold a valid driver's license
* Be self-motivated with a high level of energy
* Demonstrate the ability to plan, set and achieve targets
* Work autonomously and show strong initiative
* Possess excellent organisational and communication skills
* For experienced agents: Proven track record in residential sales
* For new agents: Genuine passion for real estate and commitment to learning
* Must obtain real estate licence within 3 months of commencing employment
* Must be an Australian citizen
The Position
* Assist in managing the customer experience
* Work with home buyers and sellers
* Conduct open for inspections and buyer appointments
* Participate in winning new business
* Engage in offer negotiation, online and public auctions
* Conduct pre-settlement inspections and nurture post-settlement clients
* Access an established client database to accelerate your success
