Over the years Woodlands has grown to become one of the largest employers in the Beerwah area with a current workforce of approximately 190 employees.
As the major employer in the area, Woodlands' staff are loyal with one employee recently retiring after 56 years of employment and a large number of staff celebrating over 15 years service with us.
Due to the size and complexity of the business, Woodlands employs a range of staff to work across various aspects of the business from working on poultry farm to shedding and equipment and transport the produce and equipment.
For Bio-Security purposes, our staff are unable to own, care or keep any avian species at home (i.e. birds, chickens, ducks etc) whilst employed at Woodlands.
Hatchery Worker
This role is for a general duties labourer with immediate start.
* 4AM start
* some heavy lifting required
* duties will include cleaning daily
* be able to work unsupervised
* depending on duties allocated, Saturdays will be required.
* be flexible in hours required to work
* must have own reliable transport
