About the Role
We are looking for a Branch Manager who will be accountable for the overall performance of the NSW branch, leading daily operations to deliver safe, efficient, and commercially sound outcomes in line with business objectives. This role will also drive sustainable rental revenue growth through strong customer relationships and exceptional service delivery, ensuring customer needs are consistently met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
* Driving branch profitability and revenue growth through strong customer relationships, service-led sales, and effective management of budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
* Overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring equipment availability, operational readiness, and smooth, efficient service delivery that meets customer demand and expectations.
* Leading, developing, and coordinating branch staff and sales teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment while supporting strategic projects and client engagement.
* Maintaining a safe and compliant workplace by upholding WHS standards, policies, and procedures, targeting zero incidents and mitigating operational risks.
* Partnering with finance and administration teams to manage invoicing, collections, reporting, and governance, ensuring accurate and timely financial and operational data.
About You
* Prior experience in equipment rental, hire, industrial services, or a related operational environment
* Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of plant, machinery, and equipment functionality
* Confidently interpret and work with machinery specifications, servicing requirements, and operational processes
* Display sound computer literacy, with the ability to work effectively across rental systems, CRM, and standard business software
* Communicate professionally at all levels, maintaining a polite, approachable, and customer focused manner
