Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead our team at Doncaster.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales, motivate your team, and maintain the high visual and operational standards of our brand.

About You
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in fashion retail management (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar).
You should be a strong leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Prior experience in visual merchandising and store presentation is essential.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
