We are a team of professionals who provide psychological services to patients of the RHH.
Administrative Assistant Role
The administrative assistant provides high level administrative and clerical support to assist in the efficient and effective operation of Psychology Services at the Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH) in accordance with established Agency policy, guidelines and procedures.
Responsibilities
Coordination and provision of administrative and clerical support to the psychology Team
Office management
Database entry and management, and compliance reporting
Preparation of documents, meeting agendas and minutes
Desired Competencies
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in contemporary office management practices.
Demonstrated competency in the use of Microsoft Office software packages, including the ability to undertake clerical and administrative support duties within a contemporary office environment and the ability to quickly become adept in the use of new systems.
Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Appointment Details
Permanent part-time, day worker position, working ***** hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies.
Salary
$66,049 to $70,993 per annum pro rata. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement ****
