About the Position:
Our client is looking for a Senior Associate with a passion for dispute resolution and a proven track record in commercial litigation. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to take ownership of intricate, high-stakes matters while receiving genuine support from senior leadership and peers.
You'll be entrusted with managing a diverse litigation portfolio, including shareholder disputes, contractual conflicts, regulatory investigations, and commercial fraud matters. The role will also see you mentoring junior solicitors, contributing to litigation strategy, and engaging closely with a broad spectrum of clients—from SMEs to large corporates.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years PAE in commercial litigation (private practice preferably)
Strong legal reasoning, advocacy, and drafting skills
Experience across varied disputes, including regulatory and contractual
Team-oriented with leadership potential and mentoring capability
Commercial mindset and an interest in developing client relationships

Salary package up to $200,000 incl. super (commensurate with experience)
