As CEO you will oversee effective operations, drive growth and sustainability and impact the organisation through innovation and transformation. You will be a high energy communicator with an inspirational leadership style with highly effective influencing and stakeholder management skills.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Collaborating with your Directors to understand their Vision for the Company, the Values that support their corporate culture, and the products and services that have formed the foundation of their success to date;
- Negotiating and committing to Strategic Goals that will challenge and extend you and your team's abilities, and will form the basis for gain-sharing across the entire team;
- Formulate, with your leadership team, your Business Plan and Budget for presentation to, negotiation with, and acceptance by your Board;
- Maintain and develop a strong professional culture that attracts good people and supports them in realising their full potential as a high-performance team;
- Create value on a scale that ensures Clients generate both immediate revenue and future wealth for all of the Company's people (shareholders, executive and team)
**About you**:
- You will be collaborative, strategic and outcomes focused, with a successful record as an executive leader or CEO leading a small to medium organisation through growth.
- Strong commercial management and experience in a multi-faceted client service environment.
