They are currently expanding their Perth Metro nursing team and seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who shares their commitment to dignity, clinical quality, and participant-centred support.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to provide clinical leadership and deliver high-quality nursing care to participants across community and residential settings. Each day will be different, with visits scheduled efficiently across up to 3 clustered Perth Metro homes.
Core responsibilities include:
* Conducting nursing assessments and delivering comprehensive clinical care
* Assessing new participants and collaborating with the Service Delivery Lead on care planning
* Training, supporting and mentoring support workers to ensure safe, high-quality participant care
* Developing and maintaining accurate nursing documentation, support plans and assessments
* Promoting participants' skill development, learning and positive behaviour strategies
* Ensuring full compliance with clinical, safety and NDIS standards
* Participating in team routines, safety reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
* Supporting medication administration and adhering to all WHS guidelines
* You will work independently while remaining supported by a collaborative internal care team.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* 3+ years of nursing experience in Australia (essential)
* Experience in community care, disability, NDIS or aged care (highly desirable)
* Strong assessment and documentation skills
* Current WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle (travel allowance)
* First Aid, CPR, National Police Clearance, COVID-19 vaccination status and NDIS workers screening and infection control
* Full working rights in Australia (no students or recent graduates)
