As a senior specialist, you will contribute to building a culture of exceptional service, teamwork, and commitment to excellence. Your key team measures of success include team engagement and internal customer satisfaction. To succeed, you will need 3+ years of experience in CRM, data-driven, and/or loyalty marketing, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing and/or similar qualifications.
