Senior Bookkeeper Position
This role suits an experienced bookkeeper who thrives in a dynamic and client-centric work environment.
As a senior bookkeeper, you will work closely with clients to manage their day-to-day bookkeeping requirements and support their financial compliance needs.
You will be responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, reconciliations, and business reporting tasks.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and system integrations using tools like Xero, MYOB, QBO, and DEXT.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in a bookkeeping or accounting firm, strong working knowledge of Xero, MYOB, QBO, and related software integrations, as well as experience with payroll processing, GST, super, PAYG, and WorkCover.
They must be able to manage multiple client deadlines and priorities with accuracy, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proactive team-oriented mindset.
